I just got a great deal on a 20" Highland Park saw. The previous owner included a bunch of mineral oil, but one of the containers has about two gallons of what looks like a thick, sludgy mix of oil and rock dust at the bottom. I know this can't just be dumped, so I'm wondering what the proper way is to dispose of this stuff. Any advice would be appreciated!
