Scoring treasure at the rock shop

I hit up this rock shop where the owner's juggling a dozen things. One worker brought out rough from the back one old, forgotten stock. I found killer pieces: plume agate, maybe Condor, and it is definitely high grade, I haggled hard, not knowing the value but still walked out with a $15 Piranha. He let it happen, business is business, right?
