On a trip, a friend taught me how to craft my first buckle using Willow Creek Jasper and brass castings. I've made several since, does anyone else here cut stones for belt buckles?
@Gold rusher That sounds awesome! I've dabbled in stone cutting for small jewelry, but I haven't tried belt buckles yet... your work makes me want to start.
You definitely should give it a go, buckles give you a lot more room to show off the stone than rings or pendants. What's your favorite material to cut when you're making jewelry?
